Single Deep Hive, Complete with Bees (8 or 10 Frame, your choice) $ 375.00 plus tax
Sometimes for 1st year bee keepers installing your first package can be an intimating process, by ordering your bees like this, it removes the issues that go along with a new queen being accepted in your package. We install your 3 pound package of bees into a new complete single deep hive, make sure the queen has been released, marked, and a couple frames of wax has been drawn, and your queen is laying as she should before you take delivery on your new hive, this has been a really good option for first year beekeepers.
The hive kit will consist of a solid bottom board, 1 deep brood box, 10 frames with plastic foundation, inner cover, outer cover and entrance reducer. We do require $100.00 deposit at the time of ordering.

Double Deep Hive, Complete with Bees (8 or 10 Frame, your choice) $ 500.00 plus tax
The hive will consist of a solid bottom board, 2 deep brood boxes, with an over wintered Indiana Queen, 20 frames drawn out with plastic foundation, inner cover, outer cover and entrance reducer. These hives are up and running strong from the day your first take delivery and normally produce 1 or 2 supers of honey in the first season. We do require $100.00 deposit at the time of ordering, quantities are limited. The Double Deeps will not be available for pick up until the end of May to the first of June (weather depending)

5 Frame Nucleus Colonies NUC's $ 200.00 plus tax
NUC's are 5 deep frames that will come in a cardboard or plastic NUC box. NUC's will have a proven laying queen with 5 frames consisting of brood in all stages, pollen and honey stores for the bees. Availability for 2025 NUC's will be the last week of May to the first week of June (weather permitting). Call today to have your name put on our list. We do require a $100.00 deposit per Nuc when ordering.

POLICIES FOR LIVE BEES
We do not ship live bees. They will need to be picked up at our shop. You will be notified by phone and e-mail prior to their arrival. The pick up dates will be confirmed on our web site closer to the arrival dates. Plan on bringing an air-conditioned vehicle in hot weather we are not responsible for over heated bees, your install methods, existing queens in your hive, failure of bees to release queen, failure of bee keeper to install in a timely manner or any other beekeeping practices. However, we will honor all queens damaged or deceased upon arrival, but you must contact us immediately. Any delay and the Queen becomes your responsibility.
